I am well aware that there are many out there like me, who at best only tolerate the idea of exercising. But fret not, I speak from experience when I say that our boxing-inspired classes are a far cry from what we had to withstand in physical education classes growing up.

During our classes, you'll spend half the time punching it out and half the time doing a variety of different exercises on the floor. We keep things exciting and new, keep the lights low and the music loud.  At the end of every session, you can be assured of obtaining an endorphin high – something those P.E. classes were never able to help us achieve.
